While the various ADR methods of mediation and collaborative law are not new, the utilization of these processes are now gaining more widespread use, as alternatives to litigation and the courts.  This blog is primarily for parties to a dispute and practitioners, providing practical insights on how these processes can be best used to give clients value. We will also explore the evolution of collaborative practice and the increased use of settlement counsel as efficient and cost effective means to resolve disputes, without the collateral damage of the adversarial approaches.
